Vanessa Jaleh Bravo, Esq.
* MEMBER FLORIDA BAR
* MEMBER SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA
* MEMBER SOUTHERN DISTRICT BANKRUPTCY COURT
Vanessa is a 2009 cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After graduation she gained practical experience representing numerous businesses and consumers in litigation matters at a prestigious Miami law firm.
During that time she undertook many appeals of adverse results for numerous clients, a number of which have resulted in published opinions. After honing her litigation and appellate skills she moved her talents to a prominent Broward County firm and continued her representation of homeowners facing the loss of their homes during the foreclosure crisis. This State wide practice provided challenging issues during uncertain times for hundreds of clients. She also added the hand in hand experience of Bankruptcy which allows her to provide the best representation from start to finish.
Her areas of expertise include commercial litigation, appellate law, foreclosure and real property law, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law, social security disability and employment/labor law. She is accustomed to managing a caseload of hundreds of cases and has handled over a thousand residential and commercial foreclosure cases. Her extensive experience as a litigator and appellate attorney has solidified her ability to craft novel legal theories and defenses. She understands that clients need to understand in the most basic terms the issues involved and the solutions available. Likewise when dealing with other attorneys and the Courts, the level of complexity should increase and aggressiveness should rise to properly represent her client's interests.
She is always available to answer any questions or concerns, often meeting with clients after hours and on weekends. Her staff is very well versed in all areas as well so an answer is phone call away.
